Licé Fabiola Martínez Cuéllar is a partner at the firm and leads the Intellectual Property, Personal Data Protection and IT Law practice. With over 15 years of experience, she advises domestic and international clients on the protection, management and enforcement of their rights across these areas.
Her practice focuses on designing and implementing strategies for the administration, protection and defence of intellectual property rights, including copyright, franchising, personal data protection and information technology law, both in Mexico and internationally.
In addition to advisory work, she has significant experience handling contentious matters, providing comprehensive support in the enforcement and defence of rights in these areas. She also advises on corporate matters, bringing a cross-practice perspective to her work.
