Profile

Arantxa focuses her professional practice as an Associate at SENTIER on administrative, infrastructure and real estate matters, advising clients on matters related to construction, urban development, real estate, healthcare regulation and commercial establishments. Her work includes obtaining permits, licences and authorisations at the municipal, state and federal levels, as well as assisting clients in administrative inspections, suspension and closure proceedings, nullity actions at both local and federal levels, and administrative amparo proceedings.

She also advises on conciliation proceedings before the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, the Comisión Nacional de Arbitraje Médico and the Comisión Nacional para la Protección y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros. Her experience further includes obtaining energy-related permits and providing comprehensive legal advisory services in nearshoring matters.
