Alejandro Rosas Torres has over four decades of professional experience and is a founding partner of SENTIER ABOGADOS, established in 1988.

His practice is focused on dispute resolution, civil and commercial litigation, and arbitration, where he represents domestic and international clients in highly complex contractual and commercial disputes. He also has significant experience in handling shareholder and corporate conflicts involving both commercial and civil entities.

Alejandro regularly advises financial institutions, credit entities and insurance companies, and represents both individuals and financial institutions in proceedings before consumer and financial protection authorities, including PROFECO and CONDUSEF.

In addition, he has extensive experience in family law matters, including divorce and succession proceedings.
