Juan Jesús’ practice focuses primarily on two areas: Intellectual Property and Immigration Law. Within the Intellectual Property practice, his work centres on the design and implementation of protection, enforcement, defence and portfolio management strategies for trademarks, including the filing of declarations of use, trademark renewals and other proceedings before the Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial and the Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor, as well as follow-up on industrial property and copyright disputes.

In the Immigration practice, he has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on strategies related to the entry and stay of foreign nationals in Mexico, as well as the management and administration of immigration procedures.

Within the corporate area, he collaborates in the drafting and review of agreements, incorporation of commercial and civil entities, and legal advisory services for companies across various sectors.
