Frida’s professional experience focuses primarily on two areas: Intellectual Property and Corporate Law. Within the Intellectual Property practice, her work centres on the design and implementation of protection, enforcement, defence and portfolio management strategies for trademarks, including the filing of declarations of use, trademark renewals and other proceedings before the Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial and the Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor, as well as follow-up on industrial property and copyright disputes.

Within the corporate transactional practice, Frida mainly collaborates in the drafting and review of agreements, incorporation of commercial and civil entities, and legal advisory services for companies across various sectors.
