Fernando has developed his professional experience over the past 32 years in the Insurance and Surety sector.
For more than 20 years, his professional practice focused on overseeing the handling of the most significant claims at Mexico’s leading insurance company, and during the last 8 years he held the position of Legal Director, member of the Executive Committee and Board Member of various companies.
Throughout his different roles within the insurance sector, he developed strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. He specialises in Insurance and Surety Regulations (LISF/CUSF), regulatory relations, legal opinions on insurance policies, management of special claims and claims negotiation.
